1. YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase of a subscription or digital Product within 14 days of entering the contract, without giving a reason.

2. HOW TO WITHDRAW

Tell us of your decision by a clear statement — email support@mdcells.com, or use the model form in §5 — before the 14-day period ends. We will confirm receipt.

3. IMMEDIATE-SUPPLY EXCEPTION (IMPORTANT)

Digital content and services supplied immediately are an exception to the withdrawal right. When you purchase, we ask you to: (a) expressly consent to immediate performance/supply of the digital Content before the 14-day period ends; and (b) acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (or, for services, agree to pay for what's supplied up to withdrawal). If you give this consent and we begin supply, your withdrawal right is lost to that extent. If we do not capture this consent, your 14-day withdrawal right applies in full.

4. REFUNDS ON VALID WITHDRAWAL

Where you validly withdraw (and the §3 exception does not apply), we refund all payments received for the withdrawn item without undue delay and within 14 days, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.

5. MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM

To: MDcells, MDcells, 30 Grandview Avenue, Glen Iris, Melbourne, Victoria 3146, Australia — or support@mdcells.com. I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the following: [subscription/Product]. Ordered on/received on: . Name: [ ]. Account email: [ ]. Date: [ ].

6. RELATIONSHIP TO STATUTORY RIGHTS

This addendum is in addition to your non-excludable statutory rights, including that digital content must conform to contract (be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality); if it does not, you may have repair, replacement, price-reduction, or refund remedies. Nothing here limits those rights.
